I highly recommend Pilates with Lennie. Her enthusiasm for Pilates is contagious and really makes Pilates fun while you are getting an awesome workout. Lennie is very encouraging and helps you get into the proper positions to get the most out of the class. I have very tight hamstrings and she takes the time to work with me to make sure I get the best stretch possible.

Owner of Stretch Mind and Body, Lennie Fenton, teaches Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates to small groups and individuals. Lennie works out of two different locations, PilatesByT in Hinsdale, Illinois and Donna's Home Fitness in Naperville, Illinois.
Lennie Fenton has been involved in fitness and athletics her entire life. After completing her first triathlon, Lennie became determined to learn more about the human body and how it works. She began her Pilates journey in 2007 when she took her first Reformer Pilates class with Tiziana Buzzi. Within just a few months, she was hooked, realizing how truly effective Pilates is. In 2012, Lennie went back to school to study Exercise Science and Nutrition. She would then go on to receive her Advanced Mat certification through Power Pilates. Lennie is excited to share a fun but challenging approach to teaching Pilates while her clients experience improved flexibility, definition, body awareness and strength.
Lennie is an amazing Pilates instructor. I love the fact that she challenges me every session and pushes me to give 100% with every workout. In less than a year I've seen new definition in my arms and a huge increase in my core strength and flexibility.
