Invented by Pilates founder, Joseph Pilates, the Pilates Reformer is a piece of equipment that provides resistance with a series of springs and straps. It will improve strength, coordination, flexibility, balance and stability. While Pilates training focuses on core strength, it trains the body as an integrated whole. Exercising with the reformer is possible for anyone, at any fitness level.
In addition to the Reformer piece of equipment, we also utilize the Pilates chair and tower. For private sessions at PilatesByT we can incorporate the Cadillac.
Lennie is an amazing instructor. I have competed and placed in obstacle course events. The one thing I neglected in my training is some core and flexibility work. She is tough and pleasant at the same time and provides truly serious workouts and pushes her students. She has improved my core strength, balance and flexibility. I would recommend her to anyone.
